“I searched for different elevator companies and found the very best through work of mouth. Access to Freedom owner, Rick is a licensed general contractor and elevator Contracter.
During his first visit, he took measurements, carefully reviewed our plans and knew right away that things like the depth was to code. We selected the style elevator and the very next day, he sent a detailed quote carefully outlining the specifics of the contract. We placed our custom order and went to the showroom. Other than an elevator, there are options from getting floor to floor. In some cases a smaller lift. The showroom is very well done.
Rick set up every sub in a timely manner. The elevator was in by the time I got a total knee. We can now age in place. I highly recommend Rick and his team!”

Dealing with them was a pleasure, there was no hard sell or pressure to sign a contract right away. Once we decided to go with them, they gave us an estimated time of 3 – 4 weeks for installation. The unit arrived early and they were able to install it before Thanksgiving!
I also appreciate the fact that the owner called to make sure that we were happy with everything once it was installed. And the best part about them is the customer service AFTER the installation! Unlike most places that don’t know you once you purchase an item, Access to Freedom is available day, nights and weekends to help. When we needed help with the lift on Saturday, I called Rick on his cell and he answered! He walked me through a quick fix and promised to send someone out on Monday.
Choosing to install a lift in our house was a good decision. Buying and having it installed by Access to Freedom was the BEST decision!
