Pollock lifts are fully code compliant and tested to ASME safety standards.

They fit easily into the home, do not require a pit or hoistway and have no special power requirements. In addition, Pollock lifts can accommodate upstairs ceilings as low as 92 inches, allowing for a simpler and less expensive construction project than a traditional elevator.
